This project is not only a sales office, but also a community business and experience center. The lighting demand of the sales office should have a certain degree of publicity, while the demand of community business is that people can stay in it for a long time. These two demands are actually contradictory. How to balance this contradiction is to start from people's feelings. During the sales period, buyers enter this space. We hope that what they feel is the quality of this building, their trust in the developer and their sense of belonging to this living environment. Therefore, the indication of this light environment is not expressed by warm and active light, but transmitted by light with internal tension. And this kind of internal tension light is also the appeal point of community commercial light environment. In this way, the two demands are unified by the same lighting environment.
